Regular meeting of the Oi~y Commission, of the City of Bremer~on, ~ashington.,
held at l00'0kock A,M., wednesday April 20, 1927, with 2,iayor C.E.B.01dham
presiding and commissioners Halverson and 0asad present at roll call.
Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved as read by the following
vote, ~Ir. 01dham,yes, Mr. HalVersoh, Yes, Mr. Casad, yes.
Request from ~tr. Hartman, Councellor for the l~anette bridge company,
for the use of room in City Hall as a consultation room during the construction
of the bridge crossing the Por~ Washington Narrows, between ~anette and
Bremer~on. ' ·
I~Kr. Halverson, move~, and seconded by Mr. 01dham, that the request
be grante~ ,~otion carried as follows, Mr. Oldham, yes, Mr. Halverson, yes.
I~r. Casad, yes.
Mr.01dham, moved, and seconded by ~r. Halverson. that all bills be
a,~proved, and allowed by a maJority~of the Commissioners, and ~he Clerk be
instructed to issue warrants for ~he Same, motion carries as follows, Mr.
01dham, yes, ~'~r. Halverson, yes, Mr. 0asad,yes.
~r. Casad, stated that~,on the improvement to ~roadway, he had received
sufficient return cards in the affirm&~ive to guarantee going ahead, and the
City Attorney, was requested to draw up a resolution, ~o co.er the improvement
on Broadway between Evelyn and Ralph Streets, and submit it at the next
meeting. '
