Regular meeting of the City Commissioiers of the City of Bremerton,
Wash,held at 10,00,E$$~Wednssday April lS 192?,with Mayor O E B,01dham presiding
and Commissioner Casad presen~,Oommissioner Ralverson being absen~ on account
of illness.
~inutes of the previous meeting read and approved as read by the
following vote,I~r 01dham Yes,Mr Oasad Yes.
Commissioner .Casad stated that owing ~o the number of negative
replies received on return cards which were sent ~o ascertain the sentiment
~of ~he property owners in certain streets in the Northern portion of the city
regarding grading or paving he deemed it best to let the matter rest for the
present, M.r Oasad moved and seconded by 2&r Oldham ~hat the matter of ~mprove-
ments in said localities be laid over indefinitely with the exception of Broadway
from Evelyn to Ralph Street, Eotion carried as follows M_r 01dham Yes,2~r Casad Yes
Mr 01dham moved and seconded by M.r Casad that all bills approved
and allowed by a majority of the Commissioners the clerk be instructed to issue
warrants Xor same, Motion carried as follows Mr Oldham Yes,Mr Oasad Yes,
Mr Oldhammoved and seconded by Mr Casad that a city cleanup week
be set for Monday May the End and the city would assist in the work by furnishing
help and trucks to all those who patronize ~he Garbage Department.
