Minutes of the previous regular meeting of March 23,1927 and
iadJourned meeting of March 26,1927 read and approved by the following vote,
~r 01dham. yes. Mr Halverson, yes, Mr Casa~, yes,
Mssrs. Bonnet & Mullen, Real Estate dealers form Seattle, being present
laddressed the m~eting rega~ding the purchase of the Zimmerman property at
!the Water ~a~ks site, stating that the$ had taken an option on the land.
ibut wanted the Commissioner to know that there was a move on to make a
ipurchase, but if the City would pay, they should have first preference,
iafter'some discussion pro and con. M~r Ea~verson m~ved and seconded by

This being the date set fc~ opening the bids for the printing of
official notices, ne bids having been received, it was continued over for one
Mr Halverson moved and seconded by Mr Oldham, that all bills be
mp~roved and allowed by a majority of the Commission, the Clerk being
instructed to issue warrants for same, motion carried as follows
