Gas ~ranchise presented but not read, as ~he 0ity A~torney explained ~ha~
in his opinion ~he franchise a~ submitted required a revision regarding several
na~ters of vital importance ~o the citizens of Bremerton and ~he commissioners
instructed the clerk ~o write ~ Gollins who had applied for the franchise and
~eques~ him ~o come ~o Bremer~on and mee~ the Gommissioners about 10.O'Clock

Claim for Damage to L~s Mary Golle who fell on sidewalk Tuesday October

Mr Oldham moved and seconded by Mr Halverson tha~ ~he
~laim be referred to ~he GiSy A~torney and the Commissioners as a whole for
investigation.
