Regular meeting of the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,Wasl
held at 10 O'Clock A.M. Wednesday October 51st,1928, with Mayor OE B.Oldham presidi~
amd Commissioners Halverson and Casad and Gi~y Attorney Stevenson present at roll cal
Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved as read by the follow~

Mr ~ W.Ericks&n appeared before the Commissioners and requested permiss
to put an oil tank l~ walk'in the alley at rear of the Apex Bakery.
The matter was referred to the City Engineer.
Judge J ~.Oarr appeared before the Commissioners and addressed them regard
the parking of Autos in the business district.
~yor 01dham stated that he and the Commissioners were working on a plan to~
relY&ye the congested conditions of parking cars in the business portion of the

A delegation consis~ing of Paul I~ehner,A G.Benbennick,E~Urban and Mrs ~nut~on
and objected to the assessments levied against ~heir property for L.I.D.No ll6,known
as the stree~ lighting system, and after giving their views on the question left the
Chamber.
Mr Charles R.Cotlins of Seattle with a delegation addressed the meeting
regarding the introduction of a Gas Plant in the City,
Mr.Halverson mowed and seconded by ~ Oldham that the drafting of an lnan~
on the Gas Plant be referred to the City Attorney and the Commissioners as a whole.
Motion carried as follows Mr Oldham ~es,~ Halverson Xes.Mr Casad ~es.
Mr Oldham moved and secohded by Mr Halverson that the meeting adjourn,
