Regular meeting of the ~ity ~ommissioners of the City of ~remerton,Nash,
held at 10 O'Clock A.M. Wednesday October 24,1928, with ~yor C E B.OldhAm
presiding and ~ommissioners ~Ialverson and Gasad and City Attorney Stevenson
present at roll call.
Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved as read by the
following vote Mr Oldham Tee,Mr Halverson Xes,Mr Gasad ~es.
This being the date set for the hearing of protests on the assessment
roll for L.I.D.No ll6.and as no protests were received either oral errwritten
Mr Oldham moved and seconded by Mr Casad that the Ordinance approving the
assessment roll for L.I.D. No ll6 be approved and passed.
Motion carried as follows Er Oldham Xes.Mr Halverson Yes,Y&r Casad Yes.
Decision from Judge Sutton on the Stutz ~ire Engine Co was read and
ordered filed.
M~ Oldham moved and seconded by ~r Halverson that all bills
approved and allowed by a majority of the Oommussioners the clerk be instructed
to issue warrants for same,~otion carried as follows Mr Oldham ~es.Mr Halverson

Mr Halverson moved and seconded by ~r 01dham that the meeting
