Water Dep't. read regarding certain rules and publications in the Official Newspaper. Letter ordered filed. Official communication from City Engineer Casad including the total amount due Mr. Herbert C[ Moss, Contractor for the Ornamental Street Lighting System, showing the balance due Contractor $E913.07. Mr. Oldham moved and seconded by Mr. Halvorson that the report on the S~reet Lighting S~stem be accepted and the Clerk instructed to issue warrant in the amount of $~913.07 to Mr. Herbert C. Moss on fixed estimate and final pay~.~nt, moti:)n carried as follows:- Mr. Oldham Yes, Mr. Halvorson Yes, Mr. Casad Yes. Resolution No. 55 on cost of Library and additional land for same read, Mr. Oldha$ mov~ed and seconded by Mr.' Cased that the Resolution as read be passed, carried as follows, ~r.
