Regular meeting of the Gity Gommissioners of the ~ity of Bremerton,~ash.held
at 10,O'Clock A.M. wednesday September 19th.19ES,with Mayor O E B.01dham presiding
and Commissioners Halverson and Gasad and Cit~ Attorney Stevenson present'at
roll call.
Minutes of the pre~ious meeting read and approved by the following
vote N~r Oldham Xes,N~r Halvereon Yes.I~r Casad Yes.
Letter from the Chairman of the Finance Committee of the City Oouncil
of Aberdeen,Nash. inviting the Gity Officials to attend a meeting of the Officials
of the State of Washington from let,End.and 3rd class cities of the State of
~ashington at Tacoma on September EAth.19ES,at which meeting it is hoped to
reorganize the League of ~ashingtonian Mu~icipalities which organization suspended
operations during the late war and also a~ such meeting discussions would be
held on subjects of peoular and particular interest to City Officials.
Letter ordered filed.
Assessment roll for ~.I.D.No 116 was submitted by City Engineer'Casad
N~ Halverson moved and seconded by ~ Oldham ~ha~he report of the 0ity
Engineer on L.I.D. be accepted and the clerk be instructed to have ~otice of
hearing pub!ishedtacoording to law and date for hearing of protests be set for
the regular meeting of the Commissioners at 10,O'Clock ~ednesday October EA.19E8,

~ir Halverson moved and seconded by Mr 01dham that the deeds for certain
trip of land at Cogean Avenue deeded to the 0ity by BenSamin H.Searls and ~ina
.Searle his wife and from Calla Henley and Neat Henley her husband to the Gity
of Bremerton.~ash. be accepted and the Clerk be instructed to have the deeds
recorded by the County Auditor.

Petition received and read ~ontaining~everal names from District No?l
Charl~mtOn requestln~ that w~od walks be laid at all Street crossings andinter-
~ections in the District for the benefit, of the School Children.
No action was taken for lack of funds.
Mr Halverson moved and seconded by Mr 01dham that all bills approved and
~llowed by a majority of the Commissioners the clerk be instructed to issue
