of water supply at her home.~r Oldham moved and seconded by }~&r Halverson ~ha~
tho request of ~irs Hulber~ be granted as follows,Per ~he p~i~el~ig~ of the Water
Oep~r~ment passing to ~nd fro~ over her property she will be allowed free gr~is
the use of 10.000 gallons of City water each month and all over that amount she
will be required to pa~- ~he current rate. Motion carried as follows ~,ir 01dham Y~ ,

as regd relating ~o ~he improvemen~ of High .lvenue and adjoining Streets be passed as read
and ~he Clerk instructed to have same published according ~o law.
