Letter from N N.Phelan read regarding the transfer of water pipe
line to the Naval Ammunition Depot to the City but as there was nothing official
known of it no action was taken.
The revised Jitney Ordinance being read ~ Halverson moved and
l~r Oldhgm that the Ordinance relating to Jitneys and Busses be passed as read.
