Ordinance - approving the Assessment roll for L.I D.No ll5 was read
for ~he first time and on motion by ~ 01dham and seconded by Mr Casad tha~ it be placed
file in the ~i~y Clerk's office for public inspection.

i ~.~ Wmle appeared before the Commission and requested an inveB~iga~ion
the s~nit~ry condition of certain sewerage in the location of his home.
~ Casad moved and seconded by ~ Oldham ~hat the City Attorney reques~
~e Health Officer to inspec~ said sewer in connection wi~h ~he ~Vagner prcper~y
~garding i~s conditions along the lines of sanitation and report his findings

A delegation from the American Legion being present requested a license
o operate ~ Carnival in ~he City from July 16 ~o July 21.19£8,inclusive.
After considerable explaina~ion regarding ~he principles on which ~he
~rnival would bo conducted it was agreed tha~ ~he matter go over for future ao~iom
A con~unication from ~he Public Works Officer in the Navy ~ard,Puget
~und regarding ~ter meters and a catch basin close ~o the Bremerton Ga~e.
Both cases were ~efeYred ~to the City Engineer.
