present at roll call. The Jitney Ordinance was gone through by Sections and

Le~2er from ~M~rs Omar read regarding a shut off pipe at Gas Station
a~ the intersection of Port Orchard and Bremerton Highway.
Ma~ter referred to the City Engineer.
Letter from Hahm J.Bushnell regarding his trucks passing over ~he
~mterpipe line at the head of the bay. Mr Casad m6ved and seconded by Mr
Ol~ham th&t the request of ~.~ Bushnell be granted provided he furnishes a
of $500.O0.as a garuentee of protection to city should damage
, said pipe line during the time of operating his trucks over said line

Ordinance No 873 being an Ordinance relating to the naming og Streets ~nd
Avenues in the ~ity o£ Bremerton.Wash,and adopting a system of numbering building
and repealing all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with this 0rdina ce.
Nm Oldham moved and seconded by ~M 0asad that Ordinance No 873 as rea
be passed. Motion carried as ~ollows Mr 01dham Xes,N~r 0asad ~es.
Ordinance on t~e regulating of and providing for the licensing of mot r
propelled vehicles in the ~ity of Bremerton as presented by ~M Marion Garland was
read for ~he first time and laid over until the next meeting.
Letter from the City 2reasurer with request as follows. To issue deed
~o the Bremerton Trust and Savings Bank on Lots No l~.~and22,Block lA and Lot E2 Bl~ck
15,of the Plat of Town of Charleston,said Bam~ having paid all outstanding assessnents
in full to-wit, Also a deed ~o Charles Eeenan and wale Margaret P.Keenan on Lot
i and 2, Block ll of the Plat of Port Orchard. Deeds and 0irtificates of redempti n
has been issued by the County Treasurer on the above mentioned property.

Bremerton Trust and Savings Bank and to Charles Keenan and wife Margaret P.Keenan
on the above request. Motion carried as ~ollows ;~r Oldham ~es,Mr Casad ~es.
Plumbing Ordinance was laid over until ~he next meeting.
Lb Oldham moved and seconded by N~r Casad that all bills approved and allo'ved
by amajority of the ~ommissioners the clerk be instructed to issue warrants for s~me.
