Regular meeting o£ the City Commissioners of the Oity of Bremerton,Wash,
held at 10,O'Clock A.M.~ednesday ~y 23,1928,with Mayor C E B.Oldham presiding and
Commissioners Halverson amd Casad and Attorney Stevenson present at roll call.
Minutes of the previous meeting and adjourned meeting of ~My 16 read and

Contract of Mr Herbert C.Mosson the Ornamental Street Lighting System was
received and approved. 2&r Oldham moved and seconded by }&r 0asad that the Mayor an
clerk be authorized to sign the contract. Motion carried as follows.Mr Oldham Yes,

Ordinance No-- for Street numbering read for the first time M~r Oldham moved
and seconded by ~ Casad ~hat ~he Ordinance be considered as its first reading and
with the blue prin~ Map be~iplaced in the City Clerk's o~fice for public inspection,

Ordinance on Plumbing was read for the first time and a£ter being read several
Plumbers who were present spoke in favor of its passage. ~r Charles I.Henderson
of Seattle Department of Health and Sanitation addressed the meeting at length
quoting conditions on sanitation in several cities and thought the Ordinance
should be passed. The Ordinance was laid over until the next regular meeting.
~ Halverson moved and seconded by ~ 01dham that all bills approved
and allowed by a majority of the Gommissioners the clerk be instructed to issue
warrants for same, Motion carried as follows ~ 01dham ~es,~Lr Halverson Yes,
~ Casad Yes.
