Letter received from the Bremerton Hotor Co stating t~ey could not submit a~bid oR the Garbage Truck, Letter ordered filed. Letter received from the Maryland Casulty Bonding Co requesting that no furthe~ be made on L.I.District No ll8 contract without first submitting the claims to hem~ and other information regarding f~nancial basis of the Job. Ilr Casad moved and seconded by ~ Oldham that the clerk be instructed to reply to the Bonding Co and state that their request will be complied with.
