Tacoma on the question of L.I.Districts regarding the Court's decision,stating
he will be pleased to co-operate in ~he m~tter.
Bond for Igr C C.DuVal~as bookkeeper in the iMater Dep't as examined
by th~ City Attorney was approved by the Commission and ordered filed in the
of£ioe of the City Clerk.

and allowed by a majority of the Commissioners the clerk be instructed to issue

Dep't,Truck to include cab and dumping body, The bidders to furnish specifications n
~he truck with their bid and also a certified check of 5% of the amount of their to~al
bid ~o accompany it, Bids to be opened a~ l0 O'Clock A.~.Nednesday April 11.1928.
