Letter received from N~ ~ L.Lonesdale regarding the construction cf a sewer from Rogers Street and Lafyat~e Street for a distance of two Blocks North to Second Street, M~r Casad moved and seconded by ~r Oldham that the matter be referred to ~he Health Officer for investigation and report in writing to the Commissioners his findings regarding the sanitary conditions cf the locality, Zotion carried as follows ~ Oldham Yes,M~ Halverson ~es.M~r ~asad Yes. A pe~i~ion was submitted for the improvement of High S~reet from the North boundary of Sixth S~reet to a point 1E0 feet North of the North boundary of llth Street,for Grubbing,Gradin~s~ud the laying of Concrete Curbs and Side ~alks on both sides of High Street from the North boundary of to the South boundary of llth Street, Construction cf concrete curbing amd side w~lks on the East side of High Street from the North boundary of llth S~reet to a poin~ 120 feet North of ~he North boundary of llth Street.
