Ordinance No O,relative to the finding of a public emergency to exist
in the City Hall Departments and not provided for in the Budget for the year
19ES,s~atin~ facts cons~u~ing an emergency,the estimated amoun~ required
meet such emergency.being read for the second time.

be passed and the clerk be instructed to have same published according to law.

allowed by a majority of the Commissioners the clerk be instructed to issue

and Casad and City Attorney Stevenson present at roll call.
Mr Oldham moved and seconded by ~M Casad that the bid of the Standard
Oil Company as submitted for Oil for the year 19ES.be aacepted.
tJotion carried as follows Mr 01dham Yes,~M Halverson Yes.Mr Oasad Yes.
Mr Halverson moved and seconded by 2~r Casad ~hat the Gas bid be divided
between the Calpet Company the Standard Oil Company and the General Oil Company and that
the Standard Oil Company have the first four months,the General the second and the alpet
Oil Company the third four months.

~ir G E,Kastengren Insurance Surveyor representing the Pacific Department of t e
Sanburn D~p Company being present addressed the meeting with a lengthy explalnation on
how they are re-numbering the houses in different Cities where it is necessary to dc so,
so as to have a more complete list of houses in each City,and submitted preliminary maps
of Bremerton and said more complete maps would be submitted in the near future and aid
he would request the Commissioners to legalize his work.
I, Ar Halverson moved and seconded by Mr Oldham ~hat all bills approved and
allowed by a majority of the ~ommissioners the clerk be instructed t o issue warranis for

Mr Oasad reported on the proposed Street Lighting that the petition
contained the required 60% of front footage and the matter was laid over until the ext
meeting.
