l~r Halvsrson moved and seconded by }L~ 01dham that all bills approved and allo'ed
by a majority of ~he Commissioners the clerk be instructed ~o issue warrants for s ~me,

M~r Oldham announced the mppointment of the following to serve as
additional members on the City Library Board ~ R P Sims,and ~r H D.Sornson mmking
in all seven members to serve on the Library Board of the Bremerton Public Library.
Mr Halverson moved and seconded by k~r Casad that tha~ the two additional
members appointed on the Library Beard be confirmed by the Commissioners.

;~Lr Casad moved and semonded by Ur Oldham that all monthly employees o~
the City be granted a vacation of two weeks in each year with pay,said employees
to be allowed pay for all legal holidays as observed by the Navy Yard.Puge~ Sound.

~ Edward Bremer being presen~ addressed the mee~Lng and submitted plans
for ~he installation of Blectric light S~reet Lamps on certain Streets in the
City and after ~he Commissionn received the proposition the matter want over
for £u~ure consideration.
M~r W C.Robb Sta~e Dairy Inspector addressed the meeting
regarding an Ordinance to control the sale of Dairy Products in the City and
after a lengthy explaination on general conditions in other Cities the matter
was laid over for future consideration.
