Clerk read proposed ordinance being an ordinance dedicating a strip of l~nd
t~,'~cnt (2~ feet wide off the north end of Evergreen Park for use as a public
stree t.

Clerk read resolution declaring the intention of the 0ommission to improve
Si~:teenth Street ,at the north end of Evergreen Park by constructing a three foot
concrete w~lk on the north side thereof and laying a concrete pavement twenty feet

tlon B--line across north end of Sinclair Inlet--, and steel pipe to be used on
Section C--Navy Yard Highway and along the hill road ~ribatary to the highway,
