The ~yor appointed N~r. Theodore Pe~rson as a member of the Library Board in
place of ~ir. O~o Voll who had lef~ ~he City.

and inasmuch as the proposed rou~e covered ~er~etory already served ~he a?plioa~ion
would be denied.
Cl~rk read letter from ~. Jens Jacobsen requesting tha~ his licorice for Jitney
services be renewed for anoSher year.

City ~ittorney 'Jorman reported tha~ a man named Wiloski~filed suit agains~
~he Oi~y to quie~ ~itle ~o some proper~y which he had purchased from Ki~sap County.
The ~roposed ordinance regulating the opera,ion of laundries was discussed by
~he Co,~:~i~sion and Laundry owners and Er. Edward Bremer.
