LM. Casad reported that Engineering depar~men~ had computed ~he bids
submitted at ~he morning session and found ~ha~ ~. James H. Coyne was lowest
bid.
Mo~ion by ~,,~. Halverson and ~. Oldham ~o reject all bids except tha~ of
Mr Coyne, and that Clerk return checks to ~suoeessful bidders, and tha~ 5Ir Ooynes
bid be laid over ~til nex~ regular meeting; carried as follows:
