I.~inutes of previous meeting read and approved as read. ~tto~ney H.E. Gorman a3~peared before ~he co~aisston in behalf of I,,[r Farmer property owner at Seventh and Hewit~ (L.I.D.~T1 Ch. rleston) .nd requested h~ co~ission to vacate a certain strip claimed by the City and which pro- perly forms a par~ of l.~.Farmer's lot. It was ~greed th~.~ the Commissioners ~nake further investigation before taking action. City Attorney reported result of appeal fo~ tax reduction on P~rk property and report was ordered filed. 1.ir Casad reported having visited the State Engineer's office at Olympia was informed by D~.Davis that if proposed paving plans are consumated it be necessary for all wood mains to be. replaced with cast iron. ~ Cunningh~m of Baar and Cunningham,Consul~ing MnKineers, gave a synopsis ~ a report,made after careful .investigation by his firm, and made recommend- ~tions of wh~t should ba done $o pro,eot and ihcrease the water suoply. !~Iotion by I,~.01dham and ktr.Halverson ~o adjourn until next saturday morn- lng at ten o'clock· carried all members voting, YES. ~YOR.
