Regular meeting of the City Commissioners of the City of B~emerton, Washtngtnn,
held today, February 20, 1929. Mr. Halverson, Commissioner of Finance presiding;
i~Ir. Casad and City Attorney, Stevenson, being present at roll call.
L[inutes of previous regular and adjourned meeting read and approved as read.

Clerk read proposed ordinance for the regulation of restaurants and other
public places, serving meals~
L~. i~rion Garland addressed the Co~nissioners in favor of the passage of
the ordinance. A general discussion was had by the Commissioners after which the
matter w~s laid over for one week for the purpose of giving interested persons an
opportunity to be heard.
Clerk read complaint of City vs Kitsap County, RE: Taxes on Park property near
Western boundary of City of Bremerton.
