The resignation of Dr H A.Barner as City He~lthlOffioer was received and read.Mr Halverson mQved and seconded by l~r Oldham that the resignation of Dr E ,[.Barner be accepted and Dr D H.Polk be appointed City Health Officer for one · ear to fill the vaoancy,,~otion carried as follows Mr Oldham Yes,I~tr Halverson 'es,L~ 0asad Yes. After due consideration was given the claim of }~s },~ry E.Golle on ~ccount of a fall on side walk at ~he Gorman property on End Street.
