at roll. call; Commissioner ~uffington being absent.

0ommunication received from Mr. A. G. Kin~ making compl~aint against condition
of alley, in ~lock ~ and same was re~erred to uommissioner Uasad.
Communication read from 0ity ~'reasurer with reference to errors in assessment
roll of L.I.D. ~10~, and same was'referred to Commissioner Casad and ~ity ~ttorney.
0lark read Ordinance ~800, being an ordinance providing for a special election
on December 1, 1924 on the proposed salary increase for firem~,n and
~to~endbLI~rr~a~[~C~larl~if~c~nde.d by t~r. Oasad, that Ordinance FSO0 be Policemen.

Clerk read Resolution ~33, bein~ a resolution with reference to special

have .published the regular notice of primary election for November 17, 1924 as
provided by law; carried unanimously on roll call.

mously on roll call.
