present at roll call.

~o co~maunications read from ~. W. H~rris, makin~ aoplication for two Jitney
licenses; referred ~o the
Clerk read Resolution F4, being a resolution requestin~ the County Oommissioner
to pay to the City of Bremerton the sum of ~0.00 per mop, th for rent of quarters
used by the Justice of the ~eace; referred to the City attorney for report.
Co~missioner Buffiagton recommended ~hat about fifteen piles be driven at
Wharf ~fl; referred back to ~Ir. Burlington for estimate of cost.
Co,~missioner Burlington reported t~at he had received a notice from the
Brener ~state to have certain piling removed near city wharves; referred to
Cit~? ~ttorney..~
~lerk read ~solution /rS, being a resolution vacati~g and abolishing ~he
office of Water. ~u. perintendent. ~o~ion by ~uffington, seconded by H~rrison
that i~esolution be adopted as read~ ~arried on roll call, ~,icOall voting
Buffinston amd Harrison voting "AYE".
01e~k reported ~hat ~. J~owdoin had signed and filed in his office an
Ordinance crea~ing ~ L~oa~Im~vement District for the improvement of Burwell
Street by the layin!~' of water mains; referred to Co~nissioner H~rrison for
report at next meeting.
City ~ttarney reported that resolution ~4 was in proper form. Clerk read
.~es~lution ~4, beino~, a- resolution requesting= the County Commissioners to pay
to the Cit? ~Y ,~remerton the sum o~ ,;~30.00 per month fer rent of Guarters in
the City H~ll used by the Justice of the Peace. Motion by ~uffin~ton, seconded
by ..[arrison that R~solution be adopted as read; carried omani~ously on roll call.
There being no further business to come before the Commission the meeting was
duly adjourned.
