10.00 o'clock a.m. with l~ayor t~eOall in the chair and Oommissi~ner Burlington
present at roll call; Commissioner Harrison being absent on city business~
~inutes of previous meeting read and approved as read.
Commm~ica ti on re~d from~. H. Leudemmn making~ application for license to
install automatic machines on municipal wharf; referred to the ~ayor.
Motion by ~,[r. ~gcOall, seconded by ~r. Burlington, that the bid of J. E.
MoWillivrae for the covering of heating system pipes in City Hall be accepted
as the lowest and bes~ bid; carried unanimously on roll call.
Motion by ~,,~r. McCall, seconded by ~fr. Buffington, that the marl, er ~f ~ax
foreclosure on property agains~ which there are unpaid assessments be referred
to commissioner Ouffington with power to act; carried unanimously ou roll call.
City ~ngineer submitted plan for the pro~oosed sewer on ,~arren =venue and there
bein~ no objection the ma~ter was laid over until next regular ~neetimz, on account
of the absence o±' Commissioner Harrison.
There being no further business to come before the Co~misslo~l the mee~in~' was
duly adjourned.
