Regular meeting of City Commission held on Wednesday October 4, 1922 at
10.00 a.m., with ~Iayor ~Call in the chair a~ Commissioner Buffington present
at roll call; Commissioner Harrison being absent on his vacation. I~inutes of previ, ous meetings read and approved as read.
License applications read from O. S. Wolfe, R. I~orris and Sam ~non. ~otion
by ~ir. Ouffington, seconded by K~. NcCalt, that license applications be referred
to the ~,Iayor with pJ~er to act; carried unanimo~sly on roll call.
i~otion by ~r. ~,tcCall, seconded by ~r. Burlington, that all bills approved by
a majority of the Commission be allowed ~nd warrants drawn for same; carried
unanimously on roll call.
~otion by ~@. Burlington, seconded by ~r. ~cCall, that ~he custodian of City
Park be instructed and directed to collect a fee of $1.00 per month in advance
from all perso~ns tying up launches at city ~ark; carried unani~usly on roll call.
~otion by ~r. Suffington, seconded by l~r. NcCall, that City Clerk ~e instructed
~o advertise for bids for cGvering pipes of heating system in city Hall; carried
unanimously on roll call.
~ayor reco~nended tha~ some new fire hose be purchased.
