City Engineer reported ~hat ~he work on L. I. D. ~10S was now complete ~d ~hat
he would have his fin~ estimate toady on ~riday of this week.

o'clock p.m. with ~yor McCall in ~he chair and Commissioners Burlington and Harrison
present at roll call.
z Clerk read Engineer's final ~stimate on L. I. D. ~103 showing amount due contrac-
tor at this date to be $~6.~9.
Commissioner Harrison recommended that contract ON James Brothers under L. I. D.
~103 be accepted. ~otion by Nr. McCall. seconded by ~r. Buffington. that recommen-
da~ion of Oommissioner Harrison be approved and ~&at James ~rothers Job be accepted;
carried unanimously o~ roll call.
There being no further business to come before the Commission ~he meeting was
duly adjourned.
