incitation to participate in the ~ourth ~f July celebration to be held In the
city of Charleston; ordered filed.
The ~t~er of sale of fire works was referred to the ~yor as a matter of police
regulation.
The City Health OfFicer wa~ instructed to make a chemical analysis of the water
in the~ek ~ar where ~ Frohne is pasturing cattle.
