City Clerk reported that ~his was da~e fixed for the opening of bids for pipe
li~]e materials and on mo~Ion of.~. Harrison, seconded by ~. ~flngton, bids were
duly opened arid found ~o be from ~he Continental Pice ~g. Company, Coas~ Culvert
& Flu~e Comoany, and Crane Company. Bids were then read and discussed. ~o~ion
by ~,~. Harrison, seconded by ~r. Buffing*on, t~ aL1 bids be laid over until next
regular meeting; carried unanimously on roll call.
Clerk read Resolution ~15, being ~ Resolution declarin~ the contrao$ le~ to James
Brothers under L.I.D. ~105 for the improvement of ~arren Avenue $o be vi31ate~
forfeited and providing ~ha~ She Pideli~y and De?osit Company of ~ryland be notified
ss ~urety on ~h~ Job, to cDmplete t~e contract, ion by '~Ir. Harrison, seconded
by ~ir. Buffi~gton, thut Resolution fl5 be passed
