Resular meetin~ of City ommlssion held on i'~ednesday December 195 19£5 at
10.00 o'clock a.m. ~ith ~,~ay3r McCall in the chair and 0ommissi3ner ~arrison present
at roll call; Commissioner Juffington being absent.
~inu~es of previous meeting read and ~proved as read.
Mr. ~. ~. ~asad submitted ~laim in the sum of ~E00.O0 for paymen~ on c3ntrac~
with City for surveying and platting of acre ~racts near head of the bay; ordered
fi le d.
i~r. J. E. Gibson, who is the operator of jitney runs in Bremerton under City
of Bremerton licenses, made protest against the ~remerton-Charles~on Transportation
Company operati~ over same route for which he holds license; referred to the Mayor.
~,~r. ~m N. ScOtt, who is the licensee under a monthly peddler's license made
protest a!~'ainst the fee charged for a peddler's license under the manner in which he
operates his business; the matter was d~souss~d but no action taken at this time.
~{otion by Mr. ~IcCall, seconded by ~fr. Harrison, that all bills a,~!~roved by a
majority of the ~ommission be allowed and warrants drawn for sa~e; carried unani-
mousl~ on roll call. '
uommlssioner ~iarrison reported ~hat the sewer in alley in Olock l, Dremerton,
is clear aad in good working order again. ~
There bein~I no further business to come before the Co~nission th~ meeting was
duly adjourned.
