Regular meeting of City Commission held on Wednesday July 25, 1923 at 10.00
o'clock a.m. with Commissione~' Burlington in the chair as Mayor pro tem. and Com-
missioner Ha~.rison being present at roll call; Mayor McCall bein~ absent. Minutes of previous meeting x'ead and approved as read.
Bid of Do Larson read, being a bid for the construction of building at ceme-
tery for $442.00. Motion by Mr. Harrison, seconded by Mr. Burlington, that bid
of D. Larson for construction of building at cemete~'y at cost of $442.00 be accept-
ed and contract awarded to M~'. Larson; carried unanimously on roll call.
Clerk read form of contract between city and C. C. Casad for making sub-divi-
sion of Section 32 Township 24, ~G.R. ~ E. Motion by Mr. Harrison, seconded by
Mr. Burlington, that contract as read be entered into with C. C. Casad for survey
of land in Section 32, Township 24, N. H. ~ E. and Mayor and Clerk instructed and
authorized to si~n said contract ~or city; car~ied unanimously on roll call.
Motion by Mr. Buffington, seconded by ~. Harrison, tha~ all bills approved
by a majority of the commission be allowed and ~arrants drawn for same; carried
unanimously on roll call.
