~inutes of previous meeting read and approved as read.
Oommunication read from Harry ~allou requesting that the city require his,
neighbor, Mr. ~, Irwin, to connect his house drains with the sewer. The matter
Was discussed by the ~ommission and the 01ty ~ttorm~$ reported that ~he city
ordinan~es did no~ cover ~his kind of a proposition.
Mo~ion by N~. ~cOall, seconded by ~r. Harrison, tha~ a no,ice be inserted in
the newspapers calling property owners attention ~ t~e s ta~e law in connection
With the caterpillar menace; carried unanimously on roll call.
01erk read 0rdinanee ~?76,. being an ordinance regulating ~he parking of ears
on wharf. ~otion by ~r. ~uffington, seconded by ~r. ~oOall, that ordinance ~76
be paSsed as read; carried unanimously on roll call.
Motion by ~r. NoOall, seconded by Mr. Buffing~on that all bills aoproved by a
majority of the Oommission be allowed end warr~n~s drawn for same; ca'tied unani-
mously on roll call.
There being no fursher business to come before the Oommission the meeting was
duly adjourned.
