Clerk read Ordinance ~?75, being an Ordinance providing for the protection of
the water~supply of the city of ~remerton. ~[otion by ~Lr. Buffington, seconded by
Mr. Harrison, that Ordinance ~775 be passed as read; carried unanimously on roll call.
Oommissioner ~uffington reported that the city would have to pay something over
$1000.00 in unpaid assessments on pro~oerty foreclosed upofl by the city in L.I.D. f60
before the city can secure deed to this property.
Motion by ~r. ],{cCall, seconded by ~Lr. Harrison, that all billssapproved by a
majority of the Commission be allowed and warrants drawn for same; carried unanimousl
on roll call.
There being no il~rther business to come before the Commission the raeeting was du
adjourned.
