son present at roll call.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved as read.
Communication read from Attorney C. D. Fullen with reference to settlement in
case of L.I.D. ~99; referred to Oity.~ttorney.
Communication read from J. P. Walkup, r~questing permission to install a]~r
service stand in fron.of ~271 ~ourth ~treet~ [~lotton by ~,.~r. Harrison, seconded by
Mr. ~uffington, that request be granted; carried unanimously on roll call.
Communication read from E. E. ~ayford, requesting the city to pro rate L.I.D.
assessment on the north ninety feet of a tract of land on Park Avenue; referred tO
Commissioner Harrison and City ~ttorney.
~oti0n by ~,[r. Ouffi~t0n, seconded by i~lr. Harrison, that all bills approved
by a majority of the ~o~r~n~ssion be allowed and warrants drawn for same; carried
unanimously on roll call.
