issioner Harrison present at roll call; ~ayor ~.~IcCall being absent on city business.

City Engineer, C. C. Casad, submitted preliminary estimate for the proposed
improvement of most of the unpaved streets in the ci~y b~ the csnstruction of concre~
curb and gutters showing the to'tal esti'mated cost to be ~?0,150.00; laid over for
invest igation.
communication read from I~c~nis Cigar Company making application for license
to operate pool tables and ~rd ~ables a~ ~14 Pacific ~venue. ~io~ion by ~ir.
Buffington, seconded by ~r. Harrison, tha~ license ~e granted; carried unanimously
on roll ~all.
Communication read f~om Wallace & Tiernan and ~oxboro Company with reference
to chlorine apparatus installation; laid over until next regular meeting.
City At~Omney reported tha~ ease pending in the matter of L.I.D. ~#99 would be
indefinitely postponed.
Notion by I~r. BuffingtGn, seconded by ~r. Harrison, that all bills approved
by a majority of the Oommismion be a~lowed and warrants drawn for same; carried
unanimously on roll call.
There being no further bmsiness to come before the Commission the meeting
was duly adjourned.
