Regular meeting of ~ity ~ommlssi~n held on ~ednesd, ay January 10, 19g~ at
10.00 o clock a.m. with £~ayor ~BCall in the chair and %mmissioner ~ufftngton
present at roll call; ~o~nissioner Harrison being absent on city business.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved as read.
Communioati,on read from ~antz and ~eterson, making application for license
to operate twenty gum vending machines and enclosing check in the sum ~f SBO0
to cover license fee; referred to CommissiOner ~ufftngton for issuance of
license.
~r. G. 0asad, civil engineer, addressed the Oommission and stated that he
had prepared for Judge Oarra plan fo~ auto approach to his property on Wash-
ingtcn Avenue; laid over to--be submitted to ~r. Harrison.
~otion by ~. ~cg?ll, seconded by ~. ~uffingtcn, that all bills approved
by a majority of the uommiesion be allowed and warrants drawn for same; carried
unanimously on roll call.
There being no further business to come before the Commission the meeting
was d~ly adjourned,
