Bond and oath of office for,~ityGlerk ~ ~cGowan was examined
by City Attorney ~r Thomas S~evensonland reported cor~ee~ and on mo~ion by
I~,Ir Halverson seconded by Er Casad ~ha~ ~he bond of City Clerk as approved
be £iled.motion carried unanimuusly on roll call.
Communi~a~ion from ~&r J,Wonao of ~ian~t~e was read regarding a
stoppage in his sewer line,requesting ~he Ci~y ~o pay the amoun~ of plumber's
bill for~,i~$1£.~0.on labor in conneoti'°n with regulating said sewer.
~ire Chief S B.Lent explained ~he condition of sewer and on
motion of M~r Halverson.seoonded by N~r.Oasad~tha~ the question be referred
to the City Engineer for .investigation,motion adopted as follows,

The Clerk read an application from M~r T.Yamashite,requesting
permission to operate 4 pool tables.J card tables and soda fountain,and su
submitted a check for $020,00,to pa2 for a license,on motion by Mr Halverson
seconded by }~ Casad the request was laid over for future action,
