On motion of CommissionerCasad, seconded by Commissioner
I{alverson, I~t. F. ~,~cGowan was appointed clerk pro rem.
Re~olutions on condolence on the death of E!ayor White was
read and adopted, by a vote of Commissioners Halverson and Casad.
There being no further business before the meeting, on
motio~ of ~r. Casad, seconded by {~r. Halverson, the meeting adjourned.
