Halverson and Casad present at roll call.
Minutes of previous mee%ing read and approved as read.
Application received from Morris Patrick for license to operate
restaurant, pool room, and card'tables ai 430 Burwell Street; referred to
Chief of Police.
Application received from L. S. Valentine for license to operate
dance at 404 Pacific Av~nue~, and onmotion of Mr. Halverson, seconded by Mr.
White, license was granted.
Clerk read Resolution $4~, being a resolution of intention to
improve Warren Avenue north or'Evelyn,Street by sewer. Motion by Mr. Halver-
son, seconded by Mr. White, that Resolution ~42 be passed and adopted as read;

Motion by Mr. Halve~so~, seconded by Mr. Casad, that all bills
approved by a majority of the Commission be allowed and warrants drawn for
same; YYY.
Mayor White appointed Mr. Otto Voll as a member of the Library
Board ~o fill the unexpired ~er~ o~ Mrs.'Calder, resigned. Motion by Mr. White,
seconded by ~Xr. Halverson~ that appointment of I~r. Otto Voll as member of
Library Board be confirmed; YYY.
City Clerk subm[~ied budget estimates for the year 1926 and the
Commission considered each e~t'im~te and made such ehanges as they deemed nec-
essary nnd prope~ty~
Motion by Mr. Halverson, seconded by Mr. ~hite, that meeting be
adjourned until 4 o'clock P. M. today for the purpose of approving and filing
preliminary budge~ for year 1926; Y~ffY.

City Clerk submitted preliminary budget for the year 19E8 as
amended by the City Commission at the regular meeting held September 9, 1925,
at l0 o'clock A. ~J.
Eotion by Mr. Halverson, sec~mded by I~r. Casad, that the prelim-
1nary budget for the year 1926 as submitted by 'the City Clerk be approved and
adopted as the preliminary budget of the City of Bremerton for the year 1926;
