1, 1925, at 10 o'clock A. M. with Mayor White in the chair and Commissioner
Cased present at roll call; commissioner Halverson being absent.
Minutes of PreviOus meeting read and approved as read.
Comm~nication read. from Mr. S. B. Lent, Fire Chief, with
reference to ~he existing fire limits and recommending that they be not
changed. Motion by Mr. Cased, seconded by Mr. White, that the recommendation
of the Fire Chief that the~eXisting fire limits be not changed be approved
and adopted; YY. ~,
Communfcati~n read'from Mr. T. O. Burlington making application
for perpetual care on lots owned by him'in the old part of the Cemetery;
referred to the Mayor with power to act.
Petition for the improvement of Highland Avenue by paving
received, and referred to Commissioner Cased for computation.
Motion by'Mr, Cased, seconded by Mr. White, that. all bills
approved by a majority of the Commission be allowed and warrants drawn for
same; YY. ~
There being no further business to come before the Commission
the meeting was duly adjoUrned.
