at 10 o,clock A. M. with Mayor Whi~e in the chair and Commissioner Cased
present at roll call; Commissioner Halverson being absent.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved as read.
Communication read from Mr. E, R. Lewis making request for permission
to construct a tomb for Hr. B. F. Harrison in perpetual care plat
Cemetery. Motion by Mr. White, seconded by ~r. Cased thai request of
Llr. Harrison be granted;
Clerk read resolution #381 ~eing a resolution of intention to improve
parts or, Concord, Boston, SixthS: Chester and Venela Streets by paying.
I...!otion b..? Mr. Cased, seconded b~ Mr. White that Resolution ~38 be passed
and adopted as read;
Motion by R~r. Casad,~.s~conded. by Mr. White, that all bills approved
by a majority Of the Commission be allowed and warrants drawn for same; YY.
~ir. E. L. Gale addressed.the Commission and requested that the l'ire
limits be changed so that his property at Fifth and Park Streets would be
outside the fire limits~for the reason that he desired to construct a
garage building on this property.
There being no fur'~her:business to come'before the Commission the
meeting Was duly adjourned.
