Regular meeting o£ City Commission held on Wednesday,
June 17th,'1925, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. with Mayor White in
the chair and Conm~issioner Casad present at roll call;
Commissioner Halverson being absent.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved as read.
Communication received from Mary D. Brewster Harrison
making offer to the city of Lot l, Block 2, Brew~te~£s 2econd
Addition to Decatur for the sum of $100.00. Motion by Mr. ~ite,
seconded by Mr. Casad,-that offer be accepted subj~ect to approval
of title, and that abstract be ordered and paid for by the city; YY.
Commissioner 0asad reco~uended that the tapping fee for
water connections be raised to a reasonable s~n as the present
fee of $9.00 will not cover-the expense involved.
The proposed, improvement of the business district by
ornamental street lighting~was discussed by the commission.
Paving petitions were montinued until next regular'
~eeting for the purpose of receiving £urther petition.
Motion' by, N~,. Oasad, oseconded by Mr. White, that
all bills approved by a majority of the commission be allowed
and warrants drawn for same; YY.
There being no further business to come before the
Cmm~tssion the meetir~ was duly adjourned.
