Regular meeting of City Commission held on Wednesday,
June 3, 19~8, at 10:00 o~clock A. ~. with Mayor ~ite
in the chair and Coramlssioner Halverson present at roil
cal~; CommissiOner Cased being absent.
Minutes of previous meeting read and appz'oved as read.
0o~uunication received from Independent Asphalt Pav'ing
Company requesting payment of $76.50 for damages to their
property at the stone quarry caused by the breaking of
a water main; laid over until next regular meeting.
Communication received from ~r. C. J. Herrett of
the Golden 0ale making application for license to oper-
ate a cabaret and dancing at the Golden Cafe; laid over
until next regular meeting.
Petitions received from property o~ters for the
paving of parts of Boston, Concord, Sixth, Chester and
Veneta Streets, and petitions were referred to Commissioner
Casad for computation.
There being no further business to come before the
Commission, the meeting was duly adjourned.
