Communication received from [{r. J. A. Knabb making an offer ~5'$100.00
per month for the rental o.f wharf dance hall; referred to Commissioner
IIalverson.
Attorney General's opinion with reference to L. I. D. procedure · ,
received and filed.
Air. E. Lofthus requested permission to build a shed over onto the street
at foot or Paci~ic Avenue; referred to Commissioner Casad. '
I,~otion by ]~r. Halverson, seconded by ~Jr. White, that all bills approved
by a majority of the Commission be allowed and warrants drawn for same; ~,
Proposed electrical ordinances read and laid over until next'regular
me e t ing.
I?!otion bT' LIr. Ilalverson, seconded by llr. White, that ~r. H. D. Hanson
be notified to have gate placed on 5{anette ferry slip and to keep said gate
closed when ferry is not at slip; ~
llayor White appointed I,~r. H. E. Snipes as police officer. Notion
by i,,lr. White, sec~onded by Ilr. Halverson, that the appointment of Mr. H. E.
~snipes as police officer be confirmed; YY.
