Regular meeting of City Commission held on Wednesday, Narch

~inutes of previous meeting read and approved as read.
Communication r$ceived from },Ir. C. V. Savage with reference to
~ase of harbor area; ordered filed.
Communication received from ~ . 0. Molner making complaint
a~o~t a shack being in the public street at the foot of Sixth street; referred
zo Commissioner Casad for investigation and report.
Communication from County Treasurer read with reference to
p~'operty the county owns on.Warren Avenue under tax title, showing the
~spectlve amounts the county paid on the different pieces of property.
!!o, ion by Mr. Halverson, seconded by L~r. White, that matter be referred back
~o City Treasurer for the purpose of securing further i~formation from the
~3epartment of Eunicipal Corporations and 'the Attorney General on the matter of
procedure; YYY.
Commissioner Hatverson reported that the lu~ber for wharf
~,~pair work had been ordered at a price of ~i'~:23 per thousand.
Motion by Mr. Halverson, soconded by ],~r. White, that all bills
ap?roved by a .niajority of the Commission be allowed and warrants drawn for
same; Y~Z.
Commissioner Casad reported that he ,.'~as making a survey of
'.'~a,~er Department lands.
