~,~otion of ~ir. Halverson, seconded by ~Ir. '¢~hite, thst the $100.00 on hand
in the Cemetery Perpetual care Fund be invested in a bond of L. I. D. #105; YYY
City Attorney reported that Er. Caleb Nilligan had made complaint that
theFe is no water connection in front of his property on Pacific Avenue, end
the matter v~as referred to Commissioner Casad.
:iayor ,bite reported that he had received the resignatio~
Norrison as police officer. ~otion by Nr. White, seconded by ~.~r. Casad, that
~esignation of Nr. C. H. Norrison as police officer be accepted; y~Ar.
Communication received from Nr. W. H. Groves, making application for
concession to operate ice cream stand in EVe~rgreen Park; referred to the
I!ayor for investigation and report.
Co,~missioner Casad reported that he is going to have chemical analysis
~ade or the different sources of water supply, and that the work on ~4
reservoir is now completed,
Notion by I..~r. Halverson, seconded by I..~r: White, that all bills approved
by a majority or the commission be allowed and warrants drawn for same; YYY
Commissioner Oasad reported that he is going to make a study and report
or .~treo~ lighting requirements.
Commissioner Nalverson reported that he had given orders that all persons
han-tling meats at the farmers' market will be required [o keep said meats In
slass cases.
