Report of Wharfinger for month of December read and files.
Application of Llettler and Gibson for renewal of Jitney licenses
on soston and High Street run received. ~Jotion by Mr. Halverson, seconded
oy ~..1~'. Casad, that application for renewal of license be granted; YYY.
Surety bonds of A. ~. ~,IcCall, A. ~. Anderson, J. W. Cart, S. B.
Lent and ~. }~. Ward submitted and approved by the city attorney as to form.

accepted by the City Commission and ordered filed;
City Attorney reported that the Commissioners and himself had met
wiz~, I~r. R. E. Aird, who had filed claim for damages against the city on
account oi~ personal injuries received, and reported that Mr. Aird had made
a p~.oposition to settle the claim in full upon payment by the City of ~00.$
Mo%ion by i. Ir. Halverson, seconded by Mr. White, that claim for damages of
~,h. ~. E. Atrd against the city be adjusted and settled for the sum of .;%300.00
ane that warrant be drawn upon the Accident Fund for $300.00 to pay said
claim; YYY.
Clerk reported that this was date fixed for hearing upon the ~ssess-
menz roll of L. I. D. //105, and that no protests had been received. Clerk
reaa Ordinance ~/808, being an Ordinances approving the assessment roll of
L. 1 D. ?/105. ~.~otion by Lit. Casad, seconded by Lit. White, that Ordinance
~/8o~J be passed and adopted as read; YY~f.
Clerk reported that 'two more bids had been received on police car,
an~ on motion of I,ir. %'¥hite, seconded by I:r. Ilalverson, bids were duly opened
an~ ~ound to be from U. B. Carlson and Bro~erton i,.[otor Company.
I.:ayor~ White reco~lmended that the bid of ~._r. Chas. 1{. Rose on
Douge car in the sum of '~500.00 be accepted by the city. ~[otion by
Casac~, seconded by [Jr. Halverson, that bid of L~ir. Chas. H. Rose for Dodge
car ~n the sum of ~500.00 be accepted by the Commission; YYY.
Application of ]ir. Jacob A. Huber for license to operate moving
plc%u?e theatre laid over until next regular meeting.
