Regular meeting of the 01fy 0ommissi~n of the City of Bremerton,
Wash, held Wednesday December 1,1926 a~ 10.00.A.M',with u-yor C E B.Oldham presiding
amd Commissioners Halverson and Casad present' at roll call.
Minutes of the previous meeting of November E4,and adjourned meeting
of same date read and adopted by the followingvote Mr Oldham Yes,Mr Hslverson Yes
Mr Casad Xes.
This being the date set for the hearing of.protests and discussions
on the street improvements of Union,8t,~ogean Ave,and other adJomning streets,
Mr F ~.~oore,Mr R S.Hayward.Mr Williams and others spoke at length on the inadvis-
ability of the improvements at this tfme~owing to general circumstances of people
involved and also that the Gover~ment~controlled extensive property in the location
which would render it somewhat difficult in payments for the proposed improvements
and thought it best to lay the matter over for some future time.
Mr 01dham move~ and seconded by Mr Casad that all petitions relative
to the proposed improvements of the streets' in question and on file in the office
of the city clerk be laid ova until Wednesday April 6,19~?. ·

Mr Oldham moved an~ seconded by Mr Halverson that bills approved and
allowed by a majority of the ~ommission the cclerk be instructed to issue warrants
for same,Motion carried as follows Mr Oldham Yes,Mr Halverson Yes,Mr Casad Yes.
A flag Ordinance introduced by Mayor Oldman at the request of the
Veterans of ~oreign ~ars was read by the clerk and lald over for future consideraton.
There being no further business to come before the meeting.Mr Halverson
moved and seconded by 2&r Oldham that the meeting adjourn,
